Need help fitting Sparco sprint seats

Hi people,

I need of some help/advise.

Bought some Sparco seats to replace the front seats, they came with mount similar to these:

Do i need anything else to fit them as i cant seem to figure out how to fit them with just the above.

If you have a mk1?
You will need a subframe to mount to.
Sparco may do one. OMP do a version for mk4 golf that’s thecorrect version .
Pic shows code numbers for correct OMP.
probably need to drill couple of holes in it too so bolting points line up with your mounts.
If wanting it to slide then slider kit from sparco or corbeau fitted between mount and subframe.
This again adds height.
Be aware you may need to grind height of subframe away to get desired height.

Yea it is a Mk1 2003

Might be a silly question, where does the sub frame mount too? the existing runners or?

I haven’t done mine yet
Doing it this week if I get time.
Grabbing additional bolts tomorrow as I have runners to fit too.
Far as I know once old stuff is out it bolts to the car as opposed to the runners. Should be pretty evident when you offer subframe in.

Looking like I need to drill new holes in subframe too.
Looking at their paperwork it seems it all bolts into existing holes on the cars floor pan . Far as I can tell.
