I’m looking to try and replicate the new grey/black Cupra Flag from the facelift model...

I’m planning to paint the entire thing dark grey, and fill the gaps in black once dried.

Is there a way of reattaching the rear flag or would I better buying a whole new one?

Also, is the front one stuck on or is this a clip in design?

Ideally I’d prefer to buy the new OEM badge but it doesn’t appear to be available.

Thanks in advance

It is available via our site sponsor I’ll get a link.

The front one has 2 locating pins that fit in the grill.

Obviously there isn’t a rear badge in black. But if you bought 2 front ones you could easily snap them off to fit on the back.

Brilliant - Thank you!

Does he have a profile to buy through here? Thankfully I don’t have bakebook!

Ordered one today to fit on the rear, I had bought a genuine 290 rear badge so I will remove the coloured flag and replace with the black one.
Will post a pic once done.

So these arrived today... They’re clearly OEM and look fantastic with black a seat/Cupra badges. Very happy!

Looks ace! I really like the black on a white Cupra...
Cheers, I felt that Seat shouldn’t have removed the flag from the rear so bought one of the front grille badges and also bought a 290 badge and had it sprayed gloss black.

I feel a bit late to the party here but did these come with an adhesive? im tempted to get one of the 290 rear badges for my cupra and was wondering how to get it to stick to the car.

They come with two plastic pins which you snap off and slightly pair down past the adhesive then it’s just a simple job of pressing it on with the supplied fitted adhesive pad.
I also bought a 290 badge so had the number part painted out in black which sits underneath the flag.
