Exeo Xenon headlights

My exeo xenon headlight bulb has gone again 2nd time in 4 weeks could this be condensation in the light or the black plastic ballast. The last bulb cost me £30 I've seen some cheaper ones on ebay but not sure if any good. Any help appreciated

It could be water ingress, in which case it will keep blowing. But for reference, I bought an OEM xenon bulb and it cost me £120 (that was discounted from £150).

What about the ballast is there 2 from what I can see? A black plastic one and a silver ecu.

I think one's the igniter and the other is the ballast for AFS (side to side). There's some info and a fair few pics in this thread:
