@Tester01 Yes, I also have this and the fix is very simple. The lower seat padding is making contact with the plastic of the chair. I put in a piece of foam between it, so the lower seat padding does not make contact anymore. Solved.

Is it easy to access? Would I have to remove the seat?

No, just push the lower bolster to the side and put some foam in between it. if I remember I will create a picture for it
