Hey, I just enabled my Cupra display yesterday via a one-click app and saw that I have the exact same issue.
What did you mean by "I changed the derivate to derivate 6"? Is this the value of a parameter for the display in long-coding?

if the one click app does not work according to what they say it will do then you should speak with support and ask for a refund.

They can be very helpful with this sort of thing (but sometimes not)

Was thinking exactly that, so I contacted them today, but still waiting for a reply.

Just so you know OBD11 Run a two tier support system, if you have a Pro/Ultimate package you get high priority responses if you just have a Basic plan then you have to wait in a queue I am afraid but they are now working on Saturdays so hopefully it wont be to long.

I always say activate mirrors in on lock them a simple visual check. Mirrors in, it's locked. Kinder to the neighbours who dont want to hear honks and beeps.

You might be hit by sfd2 these days in anycase.

There should be an entry in 09-Central Electrics -> Adaptation like "Acknowledgement signals". Under that, you can try to change the options with "Akustische rueckmeldung" to Active and see if it works. Make sure that you made a backup before changing anything.

Due to different platforms or hardware & software differences, Central Electrics control unit might have those options somewhere else.

Then I think that so and so person enabling beeping on lock. Quite village hear and when someone arrives with it . I reckon there might be an EU directive against it . Hence why the vast majority of cars in the UK and EU dont have it enabled.

No you can tell him how to do it. Just its anti social thing to enable if it wasnt sold with it at the factory enabled - reason for that. EU directive on noise.

The Renault Capture people are going off on a thread here but have found the piece of text on the EU directive. Why we have a quite life in the UK .

Watch the mirrors fold in if they auto rotate in on lock. Good visual check when you walk away and doesnt annoy the neighbours.

Wenn Sie keine werkseitige Alarmanlage haben, piept diese auch dann nicht, wenn Sie sie mit OBD11 codieren. Der Alarm ertönt nur, wenn Sie die werkseitige Alarmanlage haben. Bitte entschuldigen Sie, falls es nicht gut geschrieben ist (Übersetzer).

I know it came up recently on this thread or another. Due to sound abatement in the EU regulations prevent the car being shipped with it. People use to the sound, demand it but swinging mirrors has the same effect. The noise of them turning and a visual check once walked away should do. I often look back, did I lock it, yes, mirrors in.
