plan was

monday - paintwork clean and seal
tuesday - add polish
wednesday - tutoring til 8pm
thursday -glass, wheels and interior
friday - engine bay detail
saturday - what ever is left before leaving

became

Monday - fit angel eye headlamps which have been sitting around since before christmas and clean dirty carbonio

so here goes

bumper dropped


exposed dirty filter - all the black on the white line came of filter


cleaned filter


back together


close up with chrome indicators


LEDs on - will get a night shot later


dipped beam on


main beam on


rear chrome indicators


front end complete


all done

yeah cheers for all the help back last christmas with thadvice on reconditioning/ painting the lights - they look great as do yours

what does this lable tell us

once off the car cleaning was very simple dried quickly also

realsied today that this set conains a exact copy or same prodcut different colour/ brand as meguires ultrasafe wheel brush which retails at 7.99 on its own

I have some left - green filter cleaner from the SAXO

heres my cleaning progress tonight

Bodywork and glass - Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner using 2 bucket method
Wheels and Exhaust - Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner & new brushes are great
dry - microfibre drying cloths
clean - Step 1 - Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner

got as far as bonnet Bloody Heavens opened rain and hail stones and put stop to all



so having picked up a can of GROOM from Halfrauds - I trust this stuff and like the apple scent I moved into the interior - hard work witht the doors shut so have given up for the night again

not taken with the best camera mind - I dont think they have gone off colour
