my new car resprayed in standard blue reconed wheels yokos all around ( want to change to r888 for track use tho) -40mm all around on spax shocks and springs 1/2 leather tiger stripe cupra interior

hi all, my situation is this. i have an imperial blue mk3 ibiza with no bumper on it, and a copper coloured bumper (i picked it up cheap). how can i strip the paint off the bumper? (paint stripper will ruin the plastic) it'll take me forever to sand it down, would a specialist paint/body...

i'll be getting a cat back system soon but not sure which to go for... are there any big differences as in the sound or performance?? from what i have seen, alot of people tend to go for a milltek... any particular reason?

im looking for some imperial blue spray paint and i went into halfords and gave them the paint code LS5N from the boot and they had now record of it. they had an S5N and a S5N/98L or something like that which were described as azul imperial blue. im a bit confused as to which paint is right...

Well... im not to sure what the problem may be but my dad said it could be valve problems but that could be wrong... basically at 70mph or over the car losses power also if you stop e.g. in the services it sounds like a diesel when you start it up again with a loudish ticking sort of noise...
