Got in the Leon this morning and noticed that the headlight dash light was on :confused: Thought maybe I'd left my lights on overnight but the lights were off. The warning light is lit but its fairly dim. when i turn the headlights on the light goes back to its usual brightness :shrug...

Can any one tell me how the head light washers workI.E. Are they on an electric motor & seperate fuse than the windscreens? Are they linked by the windscreen motor? They stopped working in the cold weather but there not frozen now.

Hi All, Just after a bit of help. I have a DAB Sport TDI, had it for almost 3 years from new, but its always had a problem with headlight/sidelight bulbs blowing. I usually have to replace the headlight bulbs about 3 times a year. I use top quality bulbs, so don't think thats the problem...

Anyone know how much a set of headlight protectors are?

Any upgraded bulbs that anyone can recommend?

One of my light clusters is a little misty, just condensation due to the weather or is it more serious? Anyone know? Am I the only one? cheers

Hey,so searched through most of the threads here but comming up short. i'm going to upgrade the oem bulbs to osram nightbreakers. ive got the full and dipped beam bulbs from the different threads here, H1 and H7, but cant find the part code for the side lights, i take it ill need to change these...

The inside of the headlight glass is rather dirty but not quite sure how to access this. Will just removing the star screws do it or will i have to remove the bumpter? If so, how easy a job is that!!?

Hi all just noticed my front fogs are coming on every time I turn my headlights on the switch appears to be not working right and feel stuck, how the heck do you get the it when I take the fuse box panel off I still can't figure it out and might break something, plus I need to wire this to my W8...

Does anyone have any information on fitting headlight washers to an Ibiza? I have done some searching but couldn't find much. There must be a guide around here somewhere...? Would I need a new bumper? Hopefully not. I think I read somewhere that the Ibiza ones that were part of the Winter...

How do you manually adjust the headlight angle? I've got motors so can move them up and down but it doesn't give alot of movement. Need to Angle them down as they are too high.

When you adjust the headlights on dip does this also adjust the main beam or is there a seperate screw for that?

i just switched the lights on in my car and one of them flashed then went off. i took the bulb out and it had blown. i replaced the bulb but it still doesnt work, any ideas??
