Hi people Hope you can help I drove my car (53 plate 1.8 20v leon with jabbasport ihi vf34 turbo upgrade) pretty hard and the turbo seemed to jam and the boost gauge would not go past 0. This was quite annoying because the last one only went 2 months ago when i started hearing a whistling...

anybody had trouble with the exhaust housing warping etc? as the exhaust is blowing quite badly on the ibiza and cant seem to find where its blowing from. But heard the vf34 is prone for this or housing cracking? if so whats the more likely cause and how hard to remove exhaust and...

Is there a version of the IHI Vf turbo range that will 'bolt up' to the stock ko4 exhaust manifold? :confused:

had my cupra rooling roaded yesterday morning so here a video of it on there it made 342.3bhp and 363.7 lb/ft fairly happy with the results on that run it made 331 and some torques!!

as a few of ya know its had few running problems! just got off the phone to jabba AGAIN!! finally found out what was wrong with the old bus! the exhaust housing was warped and slightly cracked causing problems with th wastegate etc aswell! so New turbo etc is on mapping is getting...

Sad day today, after 6 months of pleasure trouble free, fuel guzzling driving, it could be time to say Bye to the Ibiza IHI. Got a guy coming down from Leeds with the money to take her away today....IF he likes her.... Which, while is in itself, good and bad news, our other car (Fiesta)...

What would you say was a fair price for the intall only no mapping just fitting..? This will include the install of the manifold, Dp, turbo, injectors, fuel pump nothing more nothing less. I have been quoted but i'm not very pleased with the quote.. :)
