I have seen a car advertised as a 1999 (T) Seat Cupra 2.0 8v But when I HPI the car it comes up as a 16V Is there anyway of telling from looking at the pictures if its a 8v or 16v Sadly I dont have any pictures of the engine. It does say cupra GTi on the back of it and is in yellow...

On the 2.0 8v, when the cambelt is due to be replaced is it always a good idea to do pulleys etc at the same time? Is so, roughly how much would all parts for the job cost, and how much time would it take my mechanic mate to do? Thanks, Damian.
