16v engine cover help.

Hi everyone,

HOW DOES THIS DAMN THING WORK?

I mean that in the sense that how does this suck in air, and where from? It doesn't seem to have a hole! Is it the black hole on the bottom right corner of the top?

I hope I've made myself clear!

and can you take it off and leave it off to fit a new air filter. and how do you get it off... Hate the thing haha

Just yank it, at the top corners first.

Not sure, but you'd need an oil breather filter.
