1998 Toledo: whereis diagnostic socket

I can't find the diagnostic socket on a right hand drive 1998 Seat Toledo.
It's a 2.0 litre auto.
Can someone tell me where the socket is ?
Is it a 16 pin OBD ?
Will VAG-COM work on this car ?

the ABS light comes on after five minutes or so of driving, and I need to figure out why.

On my 2002 toledo, it is under a blanking cover right at the back of the main storage compartment in the centre console..

Not sure if it is in yours, but worth a look.
