hey peeps, im wanting to put a dvd player head unit in my beeza but im personally not too keen on the fold out screens, i prefer the more integrated looking 2-DIN units, however im not 100% sure if the self below the alana unit is a second DIN. Ive taken out the alana but i dont know how to take the self out without yanking it which i dont wanna do to my baby unless i no its gonna be out for good ;) thanx in advance, sam

It is a double din slot, you can put any headunit there if you wanted to. the tray does just need a good yank, on the back there is a circular insert thats fits into the car, so you need to pop it out. Just put your hand in the tray, grip the holes, and pull firmly! It does feel like its going to break, but mine never does, its been out many times.

Yes it's definately a double DIN slot, but due to the curvature of the dash some units may look a bit odd. As to how to get the tray out, it's literally a case of brute forcing it out... Stick your fingers in the holes towards the back and just give it a yank forwards.

Hey Peeps, Finally got hold of my 2-DIN DVD Player :D:D:D which is looking very nice, however i do not know how to fix the unit properly?!?!?! :S I recieved some L-Brackets with the unit however do not know where they go, i would have thought a cage would have been supplied for the unit but obviously not? Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance, Sam :D

should fit, by the looks of it you'll still need to get a seperate cage for an aftermarket double din. any good iCE shop should stock one.
