I actually like the orange there, i werent sure on the red FR that was first released! Interior is such an improvement!

So it looks almost identical!!! So it comes down to if I want the new engine or not??

White dials have gone also, shame that. That was one of the many things that struck me when I first clapped eyes on the FR in the showroom.

Thats progress...as said earlier, not a disaster for current owners.

RE CR diesel engine
...a good few reviews have not exactly been a resounding success. Some say 'classic' diesel punch is gone. I believe they've re-postioned the DPF on these though so that should be good news.

But have they used better sensors I ask myself?! A good proportion of DPF issues have been attributable to failed sensors.

The configurator of the Spanish SEAT website already includes the facelifted Leon. The FR has new 17" alloys as standard and optional 18". The 17" ones are called ALBEA and the 18" are called IBERA. They are those that the FR pictured in the photos released in February had, as well as the car presented at the Geneva Motor Show.

The sports suspension is 8% less stiff than the old one for improved comfort :D:funk:

It would be nice of Seat to give some info on the new Cupra. I take it by the lack of noise in that area that it won't arrive till next year?

Z reckons there will be a press release about it durin the summer  Z

Been led to believe we'll hear something about the Cupra later in the year, and it maybe quite special.

The Cupra versions are almost always anything up to a year behind the other models.

And hopefully the longer we wait the better it will be :D

Confirm information:
Seat start with Leon Cupra from 22 week this year. You can order from 18 week.

No more Inferi Black for Cupra. Shame ! Silver alcantara and leather as option. There is no full specification for Cupra so far.
In my opinion Cupra will be the same as FR, exept front bumper (black down part) and black grill.

*From 36 week 2009 Seat prepare Cupra R - power 265 or 272 bhp - this information is not confirm !!!
