On the reciept does it say what branch of AmD put the map on ??? i.e Essex or Surry ???

I did once hear of someone selling AmD maps in the midland's where AmD dont have a branch.

We might be donig a Rolling Road day at AmD in Essesx in Febuary if you can wait that long.

De cat will give you more BHP but this is will put up the emmissions light so the lamba sensor will need to be mapped out.

Have a look at cat back axhauts and air filter's

As an AMD fanboy I'm disappointed by your lack of company knowledge....

AMD Technik used to be based in Bicester, then was bought by two people, who split it into AMD Essex & Surrey

That was about 2 years ago was'nt it ???

So when was the map put on ??? I supose it could of been done by the original AmD

I ran a de-cat for a year and it didn't increase the bhp, it just helped the turbo spool up quick and made the exhaust sound a bit throatier. To get the best out of a de-cat I belive you need a stage 2 map

i got the reciept an it says....essex rm20 3le says amd remmaping program various for £425 would this be the essex place i guess...i started using tesco super unleaded so will see how goes on next remap an i can wait till feb.... im moving down to near guildford soon so will see what is round that area....

I have been told by two places not to use Tesco fuel. First was Revo and second was my mate who melted his head on an EVO 400 because the fuel was so bad. I've justed Revo my Cupra R with a stage 1 and the boost was intermitant. Just fitted a Bailey DV30 and Green cotton filter and it feels like a different car. Smoother, faster and more throttle response.

i have a forge 007 valve but i not sure if i need to upgrade the spring cause i can press the piston in easy.... would it be recomended to upgrade the spring.... an how do i hold boost for longer.... is it the remap that does it or the forge valve

Before that though, I am surprised that you even got 254bhp with normal unleaded Morrisons fuel in the car?
