300bhp from 225 bam stock ko4 turbo

Hi guys, I have a TT with the 225 bam engine which is exactly the same as some of you. I know the TT lads refuse to admit you can make 300+bhp on stock ko4 but a lot of you guys do. Im already running 286 with stage 2 map with fmic, tip, 3" downpipe, miltek exhaust, forge 007 DV. I'm going to be rebuilding the engine beginning of next year, so ill post a list up of the mods to come but was just wondering if you lot do anything different to help me get as close to 300 as possible:

Mods already:

HG Motorsport intercooler
Relentless 3"down pipe + sports cat
Miltek exhaust system
Sfs 3" tip
Neauspeed induction kit
Forge 007 DV
Apr stage 2 remap
N279 delete

Engine rebuild mods planned:

Relentless exhaust manifold
uprated rifiled drilled rods
rod bearings
Clutch
Duel mass flywheel
Cambelt
full gasket change
Short shifter
Badger 5's Phenolic insulator gasket

I have thought about injectors and possibly water meth but have I missed anything else that you guys do ?

Agreed... going to all that expense of engine rebuild, etc. then sticking with standard turbo is a bit mad TBH.

WMI essential for your goals, and larger injectors... + custom map on top of what you have already mentioned

Presumes turbo is fresh and healthy... Uprated actuator may be required also to help keep it closed..
