I still reckon you're missing a cambelt off that. Even though you haven't reached 60k miles, your car must be 4 years old so it's coming up to the time where the rubber could be starting to perish and you'll want to get it replaced before it snaps.

Think im going to stick with the cambelt change next year, unless theres obvious signs of wear after my car health check.

well dealer was charging £257, my mates mates garage said £157, just got it done form the garage i usally go to, fam friend, got it done for £50!

HOWEVER he has used 5w30 semi synthetic oil!

Will this have much of a diff on performance/engine?

Im going to have another oil change in 6mths anyway and will switch back to my usual castrol gtx full syn.
