Arrived in the post today and i was excited!

Both arms are longer than the standard arms. Drivers by about an inch so if they had to be exact it could be cut and welded.

O/S arm is straight at the bottom vs the leons angled arm so i dont think it will fi at all :(

Ah well, not a bad gmble, only a fiver down! Back to the great aero arm search!

Its only a fiver gone if i break them so ill have a pop!!
Drivers side is fairly easily altered anyway so only o/s that i could bork!

Resurrecting this thread :p

These MKIV Arms everyone is on about, can they be from any model MKIV Golf, or specific ones that have Aero wipers?

Thanks

Amjad

the models produced from 06.2002 are using the aero arms.
anything before that using the old style arms

here's what I've done to my golf4 arms to fit the leon windscreen:

Hi all, I've just been getting hold of some golf wiper arms and aero blades but when I come to get the original arms off my Leon they seem 'welded' on! Has anyone found this a problem? If so help please...

Honestly, I've wiggled, jiggled and any other iggled you can think of! What is a puller (forgive me if it's obvious) and where could I get one?
