Mine need another 5mm out all round like, on the hunt for some 30mm adapters for the rear then i can stick the 25's on the front and stance should be good! I cant afford to run a petrol cupra doing 20k a year so gotta just settle for the big pimpin looks haha

Look forward to the pic mate, bet it looks miles better.

Has anyone fitted the lcr brakes to their ibizas?

That looks mint mate!! loving the 16's didnt thinkthey would fit over the brakes!!!

They do just about. Prob 2mm max between edge of caliper and wheel diameter wise. The inside edge of the wheel was just fouling the strut, and the inside face of the wheel was just touching the inside edge of the caliper, but nothing a small spacer wouldn't sort. I think they look pretty awesome too, just a shame they're not mine lol :( Also, the pics are with the coilovers fully would down and there's still a fair arch gap. A fair bit of poke also, but a 195 section tyre (on a 9j rim [B)])would sort that I think ;)

Fitting brakes over alloys would be pretty hard :p

Nah i tried getting them under my bbs alloys, would have needed a 10mm spacer. The lad i bought them of fitted the brakes and then went to stick his facelift fr wheels back on and said he would have needed a 15/20mm spacer to run them! Mental!

If it helps if you measure from the face of the disk back out towards your wheel you need approx 65mm of spoke clearance. Really wish i still had them now as they will go under the porsche wheels :(

You say you needed a 10mm spacer to run the BBS alloys and AP brakes, yet you're happy to go to a 25mm adapter for the Porsche alloys to sit nicer? The adapters are as good as a spacer in this instance.

The BBS wheels were et35 and 7.5 inches all the way round. Which is the same offset as standard but half an inch wider but the 195 tyres allowed me to go lower on the front then the standard 7 inch wide fr alloy with a 205 tyre. I tried a 5mm spacer with the bbs alloys and it rubbed like fook, never mind a 10mm spacer.

The Porsche alloys on the front are et55 and currently have a 20mm adapter taking them to et35 and they are 7 inches wide, like the standard ones. They also have a 195 width tyre on so look a little lost and i know i can get away with another 5mm on the front due to the bbs wheels been half an inch wider at the same offset.

Do you kinda get my drift now?

haha i was in the same boat but wanted to be a little bit different to everyone else. The 312 tt brakes work well though and go under the fr wheels?

Yeh I see what you're saying, I didn't realise the Porshce wheels had such a high offset in the first place! Perhaps I should consider a set of Porsche wheels in the future seen as most Porsches have massive Brembos as standard lol.

Boca wheels are ET43 so shows its not always about low offsets just to clear calipers. Ive put mine up for sale now as ill get something else to run for winter.

Yeh thats why you can have tons of fun messing around with the adapters and what not :p near enough all porsche wheels are a really high offset.

seen them, would have been snapped up as winters if i could afford at the moment. Sure they wont be around long!

I have changed the car quite a bit since these pics! i got 205 tyres on the front and lowered it 10 mm and i have 15 mm spacers on the rear

the rear rubs quite a bit and at the moment it is stripped out!! i think i am going to wack 205s on the back when i get the seats back in!

Those TT wheels rub with 205 tyre?

How much is your car lowered from standard?

Hi ferryman,

my cupra currently sits on a set of audi tt comp alloys.....they could be doin with a refurb as i never changed back to my standard wheels during the winter.....

i would consider selling these however i also have 2 spare cupra alloys for sale if u or anyone is interested.

Anybody has a clue if some of these would clear the AP caliper?

17x7" Seat Sport (by OZ)
Someone fitted these over Leon Brembos, but IIRC they need a bit less space.
The offset is high (43).

17x7" Elda Seat Sport
Also from Seat Sport range, so I guess it would make sense if they would clear those "Seat Sport" calipers... ET is also 43.

17x7" Seat Enix
ET is unknown, but I recon it is the same 43.
Kind a cool looking IMO.

Awesome I have set at home and we just took ownership of a cupra tdi.
I can't post pictures yet. It's got software and its blacked out. Grilles badges etc.
considering painting stock wheels black.
