Alloy Wheel Corrosion

Can anyone advise me whether alloy wheels are covered under the 3 year warranty scheme?

I had one replaced that had corrosion on it last year (in the car's second year). Whilst washing car yesterday (in a bit more detail due to good weather), I found another wheel with corrosion on it.

Now before I go to the dealer and ask them, I would just like to go armed with the right info. Am I right to assume if it was covered in its 2nd year then it will be covered to its third year as well?

i suggest you contact another dealer and ask them and maybe the direct manufacture,then you have the info to go on to the local dealer that your going to use

Well , went to my dealer yesterday who took photos and emailed away to SEAT. Just received a call to say the warranty claim has been accepted and car now booked in ofr next week to get wheel changed!

I have had the car just over 2 years, thats my second new alloy and also have had the radio replaced as well all within warranty without any queries from SEAT.

So full marks for their customer service, maybe less marks for their product quality!
