Hi Yes Its Secured By Fitting Three Screws Into Rear Of Cd Carrier Which Takes About 20 Minutes To Fit. Screw Heads Are Concealed By Black Caps.

Yes I Bought The Imitation One Too Very Easy To Fit, Must Say Makes Motorway Driving A Bit More Comfortable, But Find It A Little Awkward Driving Arond Town As It Hinders The Gearchanging A Little As Arm Rest Sits Higher Than Gear-leaver. Looks Good Though.

Yes I must admit it does get in the way slightly. It just takes a bit of getting used to really. The handbrake is also a slight challenge at first. Now I don't even think about it.
