Anyone got any logs for an LCR 225 with Custom-Code Phase 1?

Hi Chris. Since posting this I've been in contact with Mike at JBS and he's given me some information regarding max load settings, expected MAF readings and expected boost for C-C Phase 1 so my issue is just about cleared up. It would be good to compare logs though.

Cheers, Harty. Yours is bang on, spoke to Mike at JBS and he told me that max load setting for CC phase 1 is 191.7, the maximum I can get out of mine is 189.5 according to a log I did today after re-connecting my N249 so I'm not a million miles away but something's not quite right.

well if you want to log mine i dont mind coming over to chesterfield for you to log it. looks like im running similar setup to you aswel c-c1, tip, milltek. just no open cone. just let me know.

I appreciate your offer of coming over to Chesterfield Chris and we'll definately sort something out soon.

Now, does anyone know why I'm not making maximum load.

I always log mine on a slight uphill so there is max load on the engine is yours on slight up hill or on the flat mate, has the load gone up with the n249 connected back up i have mine bypassed and no probs, 189.5 is gettin closer now mate just hope you reach the magic 191.7

I went down to JBS with my logs and had a chat with Mike and Kev. In the end Kev re-flashed my ECU and we went for a quick spin up the by-pass, I could tell immediately that there was a vast improvement. According to my boost gauge (and it's only a Halford's Auto-Gauge jobbie btw) I'm spiking at 23-24psi and then holding at an easy 20-21psi every time, before there was no spike at all and I was only reaching around 18psi. My original map is over 18 months old and C-C have added a tweek or two since then so all good. Until I started using Vag-Com I was perfectly happy with the car and it's performance and it's only curiosity that made me search a bit further, there is now such an improvement that driving the car now is giving me the sort of grin I had when I was first re-mapped. Big thanks and a top job JBS.

Glad you've got it all sorted, your map looks spot on now, very impressive. Great customer service by JBS too.:)

Wow, is that not alot of boost to be running at, spiking at 1.5bar and holding 1.3/4 bar. What can the LCR K04 and internals handle?

Any CF's with that? Sounds like JBS did a good job though.

Since posting the above log I've serviced my D/V and fitted a shim from the tuning kit as I noticed it was 'fluttering' when reaching the boost spike and boost was holding at around 18psi. Now it spikes at 22psi and holds at 20psi every time. I need to do some more logs but it never seems to stop raining.
