ARB mount size?

Hi Guys,
Basically had the car looked at coz of a knocking sound from the front nearside,they found the ARB nearside mount worn and advised me to have the whole thing changed but just looked in ebay and you can buy powerflex bushes/mounts separately.
Here's where you come in,
What size do I buy?
They sell 21mm or 23mm mounts?
I drive a standard LCR.

There are uprated ones that people fit to the LCR, these come in 23, 25 and 28mm
25mm ones are very popular coupled with a 25/28mm one at the back

i've got a H&R front and rear ARB set up on my LCR (yes the rear knocks on the backbox sometimes) 25mm on both. they made a massive improvement, especially with an audi S3 strut brace and 10mm spacers on the rear wheels.

I might be wrong but I think EMMH is just talking about replacing the mounts not the ARB as well?

If this is the case I guess you want to know what size mounts are needed for the stock front ARB?
