Battery Relocation Advise Needed

Wil finish it tmorrow need some nice earth wire and should be sorted, just need to take the cover off under the dash to push it through.

I assume your talking about the positive cable through the bulk head shauny? There is a grommet behind the glovebox you can reach without removing anything, just pull the carpet back a bit and you should see it, use a metal coat hanger or something will the cable attached to help feed it through

Yeah where abouts, you mean remove the tray in the glovebox?

nope, if you get in the footwell and look behind the glovebox - lie on your back in the footwell and look upwards. In the engine bay it is where the main wiring comes through from the trunking that leads from under the battery / air filter etc. That make sense?

Right got it through the bulk head today need an earth wire for boot, and 2 terminals, modify body - gearbox earth strap, ive started to lay the wiring out to repair some bits and tidy it all up, got to get the cable ive put in to small fuse box, and all should be good.

Need to get this car back on the road, existing battery is a halfords one looks to big-any advice on best one to buy/size etc. thanks Siomon

Leon battery re-location

Anyone Re-located the starter battery on a Leon 1m yet?? what cable did you use and did you leave the box of tricks on top of the battery too or leave the bay??

Done my S13 drifter but less shi* to move in there.
