Yeah the P Zero is fitted to the R8 and most lambos as standard.

P Zero Rosso is usually on LCR's. The P Zero Nero, i dont rate.

(im a UHP tyre specialist lol)

Agreed they come as standard on my Fr (P Zero Nero)and low and behold i got rid as soon as possible!

Got the Toyos on now and there lasting loads more and better grip and there cheaper!!

Have you Signed on the dotted line for these??

Nope, no signatures yet.

I'm in two minds as to whether to try them now to make my own decision or not.

My other options at the moment are Yokohama Prada Spec 2, or Toyo Proxes T1R

What would be your recomendation?

Nah, they're 205/45 R16 and rated 87W if I remember correctly which is more then enough for me.

Don't think I could get them any cheaper then that I scoured all local fitters and suppliers as well as the interweb askin for tyres on there own, fittin on its own etc and tried to piece together the cheapest way of doin it.

Stupid thing is my Uncle works at a dealership and can get me tyres etcetera cheap but even he couldn't beat that price.

need to be careful with lowering the front of TDI's, quite a tall engine and I've seen the results of a few meeting speedhumps... cracked sumps arnt good lol

on my daily drive the roads are all flat so I don't have to worry about them, when I'm driving somewhere new I generally go slow anyway as I don't know where I am, I always try to avoid roads with speed bumps.

I'm not like you guys...
a friend of mine has a crazy Bora 4motion, toyota supra wheels on it, (custom hub adapters) and silly lows.
He smashed his sump a few weeks ago, luckily nothing else major just a new sump and oil lol

He still cains it though haha

Another friend has a golf mk4 GT TDI did the same thing, smashed his sump in, so I told him to get a "panzer pad" worthwhile investment I thought
