And Also Im gonna be fitting my forge acutator to the k04 as its easy to get to know with the head off...Whats the Best way to fit this so it is stock fitment as soon as the car is running its going straight to have the map taken off...
I rang the owner today just by pot luck and he said it was mapped and he had it RR'd at a place in south wales...He said it made 300ft-lb and 2xx bhp surely this cant be right as i bought this OEM...

I'd back it off fully then tweek it with mapper there to make sure its done right.
don't want it too tight and doing damage again before a mapper can sort out your possible issues
disconnecting the N75 will mean it will run at the actuator pressure, so he will still have the same problem.
As willie said back it off fully then tighten just enough so the wastegate is closed, you'll get some boost just not a lot. Your right foot will be the best control of boost. If you're really worried you could adjust the actuator so the wastegate is always slightly open.
