Hi I'm looking at getting a dump valve for the car but I'm unsure which one to get and wondered if anyone could give me advice based on experiance. I'm not lookin to spend a fortune though maybe up to £75 or something. :)

for £75 (or less), the best Diverter Valve (?) you are going to find is probably this:

The revision D OEM unit. That said, as yours is located round the back of the bay, will this fit Dan?

Im sure i read this wont fit the k03, but They have discontinued the last rubber diaphram revision.

The Piston one above one is £50.52 excluding any discount.

okay basically you want the "SPACER" excuse the caps...anyways you can pick one up from Forge around 50.

The revision D OEM unit. Im using this exact D on my TFSI now not had a problem but yea if you want a woosh noise all you need is a spacer.

Nope - the spacer just allows a bit of the boost to escape making the woosh and recirculates the rest.

VAG turbos require a fully recirculating system, so technically you'd be doing the engine better to keep it fully recirculating

The orange diaphragm in here gets split over time:

Here is a pic of the Rev.D head on:

I'm running stage 2+ with Rev.D and no probs at all.

I'm not sure how successfully the Forge split ring runs. Is it hard to set up?

if you want a whooosh noise get a neuspeed p-flo intanke.... when you give it the gas then let off and then hit the gas again you get a noise that sounds like turbo flutter/ chatter.

That sounds amazing, I ordered the itg cai from awesome this week. Searched for a few vids on youtube of it, sounds something similar, not quite as loud as that though
