I tried these on my car earlier on in the year, and are the worst tyres i have ever bought. In the dry they were ok, but in the wet, IMHO they were ****. And as for the tyre warewhat an absolute ****, after about 3-4k the sidewalls on the front passanger side, well, it had worse the tread off the sides, so you couldnt tell where the top of the tyre started or anything. I bought them over yokohama pradas aswell as they had the same rating in dry performance, but wet was slightly better. Deffinataley not getting them again, think i will go for the pradas next time round.
Turanza is sh*t too...i'm only speaking of the Potenza series.
Potenza is used on very expensive sports cars like Porsche,Nissan Skyline,....
Potenzas are fine in the dry but they just don't seem that keen in the wet.
Again...you had the wrong potenza's then![]()
My S02 were very good in dry AND wet![]()
Yes but unless i can find Potenza S02 for the same price as i can get Toyo / Goodyear for then it's a 'no brainer'.
Just checked and in my size the S02 is nearly 28 quid more a tyreI would prefer to go with something that a lots of people have tried and tested - hence Toyo or Goodyear.
It's a shame Seat didn't fit 'decent' tyres in the first place - the volume they buy in it wouldn't cost much extra i'm sure!
