Have you checked the actuator pressure and also make a boost leak tester..

Well I brought a new Forge 007 to replace the Bailey recirc valve that was on it. Done the n249 bypass. Checked all the hoses and claps are tight etc. I'm thinking it's either the turbo or the actuator. Should the actuator pin move when reving the car?

Mine does exact same thing, have replaced everything except the n75 valve, because I ran out of money...

If you can have a look at you rev counter when it happens


or get on the motor way at around 65mph put it in 6th and floor it does your rev counter stop or slow with the boost?

if it was a leak, there is no way the boost can build back up because it leaks, so sounds to me like its electronic. im still thinking n75 or map.

I know its boost that's being affected but have you noticed that it affects your revs aswell?

I'v once tried a boost valve on a 1.8t it did a similar thing when open, but it ran really well when closed

so all points to 75 valve
