boost gauge question

just had my ibiza remapped should be stage 2, its got a k04 with supporting mods, seems to pull well but my gauge is only showing a overboost of 12psi and settling at 10psi to redline, on start up it sits at 20 vac. no fault codes on vagcom, could my gauge be knackered or maybe a possible boost leak? tried having a search but not had much joy, many thanks if anyone can help

ko4 023? you sould be peaking around 1.5 bar and id say at least hold 1bar (1bar=14.5 psi)

does it sound like its boosting hard? you could have a n75 fault causing it not to boost!

it sounds like its boosting hard, just had a spanking new ecu, n75 j valve and coil packs. it pulls well but still feel like its not boosting as should be. its a k04 conversion from the 225 tt/s3 not the bolt on version, on the weekend i've gotta do the n249 bypass. just feels like when it goes to 10psi its holding back, kind of like limp mode but not as bad because theres still some power there. just doesnt feel as quick as it should
