Boost LOSS!!!

Hi guys, i have a mk3 ibiza cupra and have just fitted a GRS front mount intercooler on it, before i was peakin at 18psi and dropping to 16psi, now with the intercooler fitted im still peaking at 18psi BUT NOW DROPPING DOWN TO 13psi????

I have read previous posts from years ago when people fitted these intercoolers and they had the same problems....

How can i change or alter this??? Because i went today to get REVO Stage 2 and the guy there said i had this boost loss for sure, and didnt know how to solve it!!! So just sent me away!!

Would it just be a case of altering or adjusting the Actuator????


Any help or advice is appreciated guys!!!

i think its the loss across the intercooler, nothing much you can do im afraid

Dont touch the actuator unless you want limp mode.

Is there any other way round it then???

Cause in previous posts people did touch them yrs ago when they fitted the Grs intercooler.

went to get stage 2 revo put on and he said he could change or ajust it usin Vag Com???

You can change boost with an SPS3, if you've got it quite high and you're not making the requested boost then you need sort the restriction (the intercooler).
