CAM Belt parts for 1.8t Cupra?

Hello,

Need to get my CAM belt done. I think I only need the following: Cam Belt, Water Pump and Tensioner.

Is there anything else I need? Any one recommend a supplier, looked at Europarts and Seat Dealer.

I read than some people have changed the waterpump for a metal rather than plastic one, but I've no idea where I can get one of these.

Comments, part number etc be great.

Might as well do the v-belt and tensioner too...Integrated engineering have kits available...Will dig up the part numbers and post 'em...
