thats kind of you to offer, but i cant make combe as i'm working unfortunately

how much did you pay again? i remember you saying that you got it done before the price was raised

biggest concern is £410 is alot of money to chuck at a 90k engine

I paid £199 - but that was in 1998, and done at 40,000 miles.
Now AmD charge £399.

Might be worth asking AmD what they are doing now. I'm not sure now they have been bought out and moved if they still do the older stuff as the chaps who used to do them have moved on.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Mine was done by Geoff Everett - the bloke who originally owned AmD. Now on it's third set of owners (Big Boys Toys/Mega 4)

yes good point

will have to think about it, on the amd website it states upto 10bhp/10lb/ft to be gained but i dunno

as well i could probably pick up a 1.8T for a little bit more and take some time fitting that

or i could just leave it standard until the engine blows up
