Can the rear bumper strips be removed?

Hi guys, I've got a few scratches on my rear bumper strips and wondered if they could be removed and replaced, probably doubtful I know but its worth asking

Might be the time to go smoooooooooth then? I don't think they can be removed as they are part of the bumper.

As Mike says I think they are moulded into the bumper. Why not get a bodyshop or a mobile company to re-spray them?

while you're there get the bottom plasticky bit painted and reflectors smoothed out as well
