Car running rough

Just nipped out in the car, and as i set off from a set of lights it started to splutter, then seemed like its running on only 3 cylynders. Also the engine management light has come on. Has anyone else had this problem before, and if so what was the cause of it?. Its on a 2002 1.4 16v

Was thinking this, but seen something else about a timing belt tensioner, was thinking if it was any of these

timing bet problems are most common on 1.2 engines

fingers x'd it's a coil pack

Took it back to the dealers today as it was under warranty, was the coil pack. They said they replaced all 4 of them to be on the safe side, also got a free service for the inconvenience. Only had the car just over a month, was the first problem with it

Was amazed myself too, was a small indipendent dealer, shame they didnt put any covers on the seats, had it valeted the day before too and its filthy inside again now
