Car + VCDS = Expensive mistake?

Just managed to get VCDS on my car. Wasn't a good idea. 12 fault found. I've only got VCDS lite so not all fault code are explained. Can someone tell me what they mean?

Write them down, clear them and see what comes back. Otherwise you could end up trying to fix old faults that are stored in the ecu.

Yeh that's what I've done. I think the camshaft sensor one could be the intermitten problem i've been having.

Saved you £50 already...

And now you can turn the egr down and log maf/ temp sensor and more = better mpg and more £££

It was an expensive mistake because of the amount of errors there are. If I have to repair them all it's going to cost a fortune.
Hasn't really I've just found out my mate at a garage could have done it for me for free too.
As far as i know adjusting then egr won't make any odds. A mate of mine blanked his off. Dynod with egr and without egr. Exactly the same hp and torque.

Turning the egr down doesn't give more power, it stops the inlet getting bunged up with soot.

Have you scanned again since? What codes returned?

You should clear all DTC and see what comes back.

1 possible cause of many for lots of fault codes is if the battery went flat at any point.
So worth a clear, have a drive and the recheck.
