Cast or Pressed arm??

Hi all,

Been looking at getting poly bushes for the LCR but I am unsure on the wishbone type!

So my silly question is how do you know if your wishbone arm is pressed or cast?!

I have also read on here the front ARB is 19mm but powerflex are only listing 21 and 23mm

All help greatly appreciated


Nearly forgot - where is the best place to get them?

I believe the LC is pressed and the LCR is cast.

LCR has cast wishbones. Careful though, some early cars had a smaller fron bush. You need to check as there are two options.

Yes, LCR has a skinny 19mm arb as standard - LC bar is bigger.

The front bushes seem alright so just going to leave them for the time being

Will give powerflex or awesome gti a call today and get them ordered up.

Hoping they will sell the 19mm ones even though they aint listed on the websites!

Called Awesome gti's and they have sorted me out with the bushes.
