why gloss black? why not a matte black or a satin matt black to match the rest of the dials?

i dunno , i think i quite like the oem it seperates thinks up , where as ll black seems like it was a basic model etc, perhaps its just the pics

anyone else think this , suppose its trial and error ,
trying to think what else is the same as centre console , gearstick surround i think

Mines satin black as standard, did you buy a silver one and paint it black? I can't really tell what colour it is in the first picture.
