cant ya fit your fog lights with the ss ic then

managed to fit my fogs in last week but not for the faint hearted as i had to cut my bumper to death to fit them must say the fogs are from my preface sports bumper theo

I think the fog will fit i'm not sure though - i just don't have any since i upgraded my bumper and don't fancy paying alot of money for them

yer i had them in befor i had my ic but they never sat right but now iv chopped away at the bumper they fit i didnt want to pay out for facelife fogs thats why i tryed a bit D.I.Y its amazin what cable ties can do.

does your bumper not fit right on the drivers side mine didnt or is it cause its the forge set up?

I've always wondered about these FMIC's. Don't they make your car's coolant overheat coz it's stopping cold air getting to the radiator?

iv never had a problem with the forge set up just a rubbish fit dont think the seat sports one wil have any probs as its a main dealer part which is fitted to the cupra

It's on but not 100% right had to push it in a little - and that was with some trimming to the bumper

Remember the MK2 Leon foglights fit and are identical to the facelift Ibiza ones.

I picked them up on eBay delivered for mines for £70 delivered.

Car is looking very good mate.

Sorry no pics but it's only bit really it's the clip on the top left of centre, of the bumper. Does that make sence ? When you go to put it on you will see what i mean.

Cupra rear

Hey guys

Fitted my new bumper today all went well apart from my exhaust is sitting too low so i will need to get that sorted perhaps tomorrow.

And one more of the front

Looks great! I really like the colour of your car too. I reckon the darker Sportrider/Ecomotive rear lights would look good on your car.

Have you thought about getting the facelift FR grilles for the front bumper?

That would be an idea mate, where would i get them from?

I don't think you get a cupra the same colour as mine so it's nearly one of a kind ( first one i've seen with cupra/facelift bumpers )

I also think the sports rider lights would look good but not sure if i like the cupra ones better...

Anyway i'm really pleased all for £140

Edit: Do you think it would look stupid with my front grille removed to expose the fmic?

I don't think the FR grilles cost too much from Seat. I think about £70 for all of them. Ibiza130tdi swapped his standard grilles for the facelift FR ones so he'll know. Someone on here will snap up your standard grilles too.

I origionally wanted the Sportrider lights but some Cupra ones came up at a good price so got them instead.

It might look a bit bare without the main grille... The facelift FR grilles have larger honeycombs so if you got them, your intercooler would be more visible.

I mean the grille at the bottom. Not going to spend £70 on a little plastic although no doubt it would look better.

dont remove the front grill bud, rear bumper looks excellent but! mind i had a problem with my exhaust sitting too low on that bumper, colin bolted it up using some fancy clamp things!
