Harveys diesel services in Stirling can do it,
have you thought off LPG as another option to off load the std injectors.
Harveys increased my flow rate by 18%.
Will dig out details.
Jason are you digging because b is closed.
Have you got a link or phone number ?

I have considered LPG but its even more costly and I don't really want another tank in the car. Rather just concentrate on what the engine itself can do. :)

Not ruling out LPG though - just something for much further in the future I reckon.

Thanks mate. :D Its www.kermatdi.com bv the way - Kerma seems to be a snowboard/ski retailer. ;) Thats a mental TDI golf on the other site too. Sent them an email as well.

Trying to send info to this company as well
http://www.bosio-estfb.it/English.htm

But their contact info sheet isn't working. :(
I guess it will be "d'rectly" I would as Carlo to talk to them then something won't go missing in the translation. I saw Extrude hone mentioned somewhere, I think their only uk opperator is in Southhampton, if thats any use, but I they can help Iguess you'd need a 'spec and some means of removing the nozzles without busting the pin inside, it seems to be a trade secret:wtf:

That Extrude Hone appears to be in Milton Keynes according to google. Might drop them a line. :D

Extrude sends them to the US anyway, so little point bothering with them. Seems only the US has the special gear...

Errrrr not quite.

Hi I'm new here, usually on UK-MKIVs.:)

I've modified PD150 injectors using Extrude Hone in Milton Keynes. Was a bit of a one-off so I'm reluctant to give all the details on here but PM me Devon and I'll fill you in on who to contact etc.

The nozzles were removed and sent there to be honed using the AFM process. I could select by how much. They were then rebuilt by an injector specialist in High Wycombe using new seals.

They are currently off the car as I was having trouble getting the setup of the hybrid turbo running right and it was becoming impossible to highlight the cause, so have reverted to standard PD150 injectors. The modified ones are waiting in the wings, as is a spare camshaft ready to be reprofiled.

I contacted Extrude Hone on the advice of VW Racing who had done the same thing to the Touareg V10 PD injectors used on the Cummins Le Mans car in 2004.

You've chosen to not allow incoming PMs. But I'll happily take one off you though, especially if there's some good details in it. ;)

VW Racing told me the V10 injectors flow the same as the PD130/150. They honed V10 injectors for the Le Mans V10 in 2004 for 50% more flow IIRC.

Well, in the month since my last input into this I AM doing gas (LPG) first, and seeing what happens. Main thing that threw me this way was a cheap new powershot system came up, and after reading into it, it will give me plenty more power but also clean up my sooty exhaust.

Something else for people to read and think about. Not that i have been looking into it myself

Personally i would say go for propane injection before getting bigger nozzles and turbo since it will workout cheaper, probably get you more power, stops you having a smoky exhaust where as bigger nozzles will increase your smoke and is insurance friendly if you word it correctly to them.
When i get my Audi back from the body shop i hope to get my old propane system fitted as soon as possible.
