The level sensor prongs in the header tank are known to fur up and cause spurious warnings. The usual remedy is to scrape them clean with a screwdriver, though this will put a bit of crud in your coolant. Try that first?

I've had this same problem this morning, is it worth taking it to a garage or just topping it up with coolant. The only thing is as above my engine temp isn't any different to normal.

Cheers
