that looks nasty chap, glad your ok, must have been really shuck up, i lnow i would have. I had something similar happen to me a while back, but luckily i didnt crash. Some woman just pulled out on me on a dual carridge way had next to no time to react, slammed the brakes on and ended up smashing my wheel into the kerb on the side of the carridge way. Unfortunately for me i only damaged me tyre and the stupid idiot carried on driving as if nothing had happened.

I have alot more than whiplash mate. So i shall claim the lot.

Im already looking at my next car, dare i say i quite fancy a Evo 6. But this wont be untill i get my complete compensation.

Similar thing happened to me years ago. Had 3 crushed vertebrae in my back. Lots of physio/chiropractor and visits to hospital to prove my injuries to 3rd party lawyers.
Took about two years to get compo. Should be quickers these days.....

yeh hope you ok mate i lost one of my best mates and one of his mates i knew to a car crash last month but they were in a saxo, lost control hit curb rolled and landed in fence both died

Your a lucky lad, hope you make a good recovery. As said many times, cars are just bids of metal and plastic which can be replaced, but life can't.

Sorry to hear that Andi mate glad you are ok Bloody coffin dogers should be but as everyone else has said metal can be repaired we humans take a bit longer .......................so 8 lives left aye mate

Hiya chap, hope your back to full health again soon. I am also another one to join the "written off a car and survived club". Make a not of any expenses, including any train fairs, courtasy cars etc, basically anything extra to what you would normally do. All this can be claimed back at the end. With my claim it did take some time, around 8 months until i had the pay out. Was 3 months to get the replacement car.
The other bloek involved in my accident was drunk and he still got more attention than me, he also tried to delay the police giving him a breath test.

We all love our cars but at end of day cars can be replaced and lives can't! You're ok luckily and live to fight another day and you can get another car so I wouldn't worry to much! Sorry it happened though andi.If you get a LCR again you get one in the best colour next time though - platinum grey

wishing you a swift recovery and hopefully not put you off driving too much.

makes you think, no matter how much of a good driver anyone is you not only have to drive for your self but in case any nutter on the road forgets how to.
