As you can see its been slammed on its ass with some nice phat mk3 cupra wheels in glossy white and also on the standard ronals! I love the look of it on both sets of wheels.

Well i will keep you posted on how its coming along with its rebuild and hopefully a respray soon.

Thanks for looking.

I like very much of the look of your blue cupra, and the painting of the manifold and valve cover are excellent.
I also installed the pressure gauges VDO (pressure oil and voltimeter), buyed in Seat (this is original).
I like more the wheels 16" in the first pic then the "star wheels" cupra mk3, but i think that you have chosen the lighter wheels for a better performance. :funk:
Best regards my friend crezz

the exhaust is a janspeed, its to proud at the moment tho...needs to be drashed in about 2 inches but it was causing knocking as i had shite mounts! getting sorted when its on a set of posts

who would of believed that ordering a rocker cover gasket set could be so hard, i basically needed every fecking number including mums bra size..there still unsure weather it will be the correct one. sometimes the dealers are useless

Rocker cover gaskets always been a pita on the valver, there's 2 different type's dependant on engine no (the number part of it not letters) and as we found out with Martin's even when you order using that it's not always right

The joys of a mk2 ;)

I think you can only tell if you've got the correct gasket once the rocker cover is actually removed from the rest of the engine. But i'm guessing yours is off as you painted it?

they do look phat... what you got up your sleeve for yours?
yeah wont be long now mate, 9 days untill its back with engine in hopefully!

it wasnt the correct one on there, just gasket sealer.. some lame ass bodged it!... how did you know yours was incorrect?

That sucks! Ben ordered and fitted mine for me, but i remember him saying there was a difference.
