Howdy folks
Got a issue with my Cupra MY 03 AUG engined . Revo Stage 2 map also
Basically at between 3000 - 3500 rpm on light throttle, intermittantly tends to be more so even if you have been cruising along and then go to accelerate, there is a a missfire and the unburnt fuel pops in the exhaust! I tend to lift off when this happens but the other day left my foot in whistl this was happeneing as it was becoming more frequent and it misfired for a couple of seconds. After it got above 3500 rpm the engine management light flashed for 10 seconds or so but the car ran fine after that.
It will do this most days but that was the only time the light has came on and flashed at me !
have checked for fault codes and nothing stored
I have also ran it on the Dyno Dynamic Rolling Road at work and I was previously running 227 bhp and now the most i made was 210.7 bhp and that was after playing with the SPS 3 settings with High boost 6 and Timing 7 previously made 227 on the standard Revo Stage 2!!
I'm thinking MAF but what do you guys think.
