Cupra typhoon intake filter system

Hiya you wise old owls.

Do you have any idea if this will fit my 2003 Cupra R?

Its a K&N TYPHOON INTAKE FILTER SYSTEM TO FIT VW GOLF R32 3.2 V6
I've had a look on the K&N site but they dont have anything listed.

Might just buy it and try make it fit

The 3.2 V6 is a world away from the VAG 1.8T 20v, mate. Although the air-flow may be suitable, that piping looks a little suspect.

I don't think this will fit in standard form.

Try Greencotton's dynatwist or the Pipercross alternatives. K+N may simply not produce this line of induction for your machine.

If it fits the same size MAF (80mm I think) then there shouldnt be a problem. Might be a squeeze for the filter under the bonnet but IIRC my Mk4 had the same if not less space in the airbox area.

I'll say it again, if your wanting more noise then go for it, if your wanting a performance mos dont bother.
