Cupra Wishbone Bushes

I want to fit soild Cupra rear wishbone bushes to my Ibiza Sport
Those of you who have done this, how did you manage to get the bushes in and out?
What about getting the wishbone arm back into the new bush?

is yours a 130 sport or a 100bhp sport , 100bhp sport has a different subframe if iirc and cant use cupra bushings , could be wrong tho , will check

EDIT the consoles (subframe extensions the wishbones mount to) are different between a 100 and a 130 , tho the bushings part numbers look the same , mines an old version of etos tho

maybe someone else can comment

Been there and tried it - they dont fit 100pd consoles
