Cupra with Aero Spolier and Skirts

Just booked myself in at David Cooks down near Oldham, Spoke to Gary, propa spot on guy. Some dude bumped into my rear wheel and scuffed the wheel arch, Booked in to David Cooks and their sorting me out with an Aero Spoiler and Skirts, aswell as sorting the scratch out for free.

Iv got a inferi black cupra - So il reserve this spot for pics after the spoiler and skirts have been fitted

I dont hate the kit - the skirts and spoiler are cool

Im not keen on the aero kit bumpers so thats why im just having the skirts and spoiler iv been wanting them for a while and with the bump happening, it would cost me £100 to get the scratch sorted out anyways so why not spend a tad more and get the skirts and spoiler lolol.

erm, any pics of black cupra with black wheels and skirts/spoiler? i am tempted to get black wheels, was gunna get them refurbed aswell while im there, the bloke is giving me a price, spose he could do a respray aswell lol.

Be careful if painting the wheels as they may flake if not done properly.

Like you, I dislike Aero bumpers, but imagine this with Cupra bumpers on...

...it would be even tastier if it was slightly lower

What color are the black wheels? Dont just say black lol. In the sense of what i need to ask for when i take it down to the dealers Would anyone know a rough cost to respray the wheels?

I got mine powder coated at £40 per wheel, and they are done in gloss black like the OEM wheels. I think you will find that if you get them painted, they will chip/flake really easily.

So go for powder coating and not painting? How long does that take? im leaving the vehcile with them for 2 days would this be enough?

Just spoke to David Cooks about getting them powder coated...he told me with the inferi black cupra it doesnt look great with black wheels as its a different color altogether...

Is this right? i think i kinda understand what he means, hes getting me a price anyways.

Really up to you mate, but I think it would look the Dog Bollo%*'s to be honest.

The lad will be saying that the pearl black you have is not plain gloss black like the wheels, but its not like you are trying to colour match

Trancerobbo on here has a inferi K1 with black wheels and I think that it looks good! Here is a pic.

Had aero spoiler and skirts fitted decided not to get wheels done black i wasnt 100% convinced lolol.

OMFG! iv had a 1.4 ibiza 08 plate as a courtesy car...not been funny, and i know its not my cupra...but its HORRIBLE!!! lololol. 1st gear has nothing, 2nd gear has nothing, 3rd has less than nothing loolollolol. jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzuuuuuuuuuusssssssssssss.

only issue I have with the cupra is that from behind it can be confused as a FR and isnt overly sporty.
