lol i got rid of the mini ages ago, had a clio 182 then got a scooby which now im p/x for a ibiza cupra, aslong as the mpg is better than the scooby sti ill be happy!!! lol
mmm., it's a tough one gazjones has got his FR 20vt running damb near 230bhp and it's a little lighter me thinks, rashcupra has a cupra with angel remap to 225, and he posted a 0-60 time here and gaz's is there too have a look and see what you think. Rash has got other mods on now like a full miltek system but he's aiming for aroung 260bhp, he was thinking about a JBS04 turbo conversion to put him up to 300bhp but i think he's diven up on that idea (spare £4000 anyone). still cheaaper to run than the scooby if not as quick tho
the petrol cupra modded is a bit juicey imo! i dont drive like a nutter all the time :whisle: if i drive it fast but normal (town with abit of motorway) il get about low 20mpg if i drive it hard your talking the teens easy but drive it with feather foot (town and motorway) its about 40mpg MAXIMUM for me
gaz has managed 58mpg in his fr but id never in amillion years be able to do that.
as for insurance! i payed about £2900 for 10months insurance for my cupra when i was 18 now im 19 with 1 years NCB renewl quote for 10monts is £1590
for a full tank in my cupra modded i can normally fit about £40 max in the tank and ive got as low as 180miles to a full tank! but normally i get around 250miles to the tank
