Good to see you going for something a bit different to the usual Blueflame/Miltek systems. I had a Scorpion system on my old RS Turbo and it sounded fantastic, great exhausts. Get sound clip up if you can bud!
 
interesting choice on the scorpion. I do hear they can be quite loud, but happy to be proven wrong

Yeah hopefully will have abit of punch noise wise on the scorpion :D..

John was here early today todo my timing belt & water Pump Which were in poor condition and hes done the N259 bypass along with fitting my Short shifter..:D

And it sounds and drives lovely now so i can start playing...its a shame we were both doing it in the Snow & -4 condition but its all good now nw...

Its also had some new spart plugs and will be ordering some nice Expensive oil to finish off the service..

I fitted the samco tip and its was well easy had the old one off and the new one on and tighten up in 30minutes...So next for me is FMIC,Service,Exhaust,hids,Phenolic gasket And my new jetex filter...then i can get a dp in january :D
 
I knw total deadication it was -4 wen we were doing it.must of been that hot chocolate i made 4 u to keep u warm. Bin 4 a spin in it tonite and i love it.that shifter u made me is quality. Im startin the fmic 2moro.
 
Personally i dont think it will change much noise wise with the scorpion on as there resonated systems and there 2.5 inch, the blueflame and milltek are 2.75 inch hence diffrent noise levels. But you may prove me wrong ive never heard one on the lcr :)

Thought you was leaving it standard tho lol, your going far beyond a few mods.

Im not doing much to it tbh no were as much as the beeza..Yeah willy the LCR is Oddly so much nicer to drive than the Beeza was..

Fair enought the beeza was rapid but even in standard Map from its still Sees off 197's ect which is good for a 5 door car...
I wanted to get the FMIC on today but the Temperature Went to -3 and i just couldnt do it specailly in the Snow Too... Its Seem the Scorpion has a 6-7 week back order on were i got it from,So i got a full refund and gonna look at a custom 3'' one to be made up....Then i can Make it to the style i choose...

I am counting my Self Lucky with that Timing belt Due to the tensioner Being Knackerd and the Belt Being slag in its self..I Think over Christmas all im gonna spend Money & Firt is on

* Oil & Filter Change
* New Jetex Filter
* HIDS
* FMIC & pipework
* Phenolic gasket
* 15mm Hubcentric rear Spacers

Then Source the turbo back Exhaust & Forge Actutor After Christmas But after Seeing Johns it make me want to lower it..But i don't want to loose the Firmness to much of the LCR to a Crashy go-kart feel like the ibiza Was..

haha I snuck up on him earlier and throw him through a Bush with loads of snow on it...Then got him 30mins ago from my house hit him righ in the face and took him off his feet..

Happy times..:lol:
 
Righto thats another thing to be bought tomorrow..

I can't be arsed with all the gauges inside the car so going to by a Liquid gauge setup & airvent to say all the hassle of the gauges i need to buy...

Seems a Outstanding peice of kit and is very accurate too.:D
