Hi Guest we, are working on an upgrade to the forum this week, meaning the service may be unreliable at times and there will be some planned downtime at some point. Stay updated on this thread.
Verdict on Milltek so far? Love it. Seems to have bedded in a little and nice rumble off it now. Sounds really good on idle and, get yourself a quiet street, there is a nice note of it. So far, so good
Had aimed to get car on R.R. today, but for one reason or another, it just didn't happen. Was looking forward to hearing the exhaust from outside the car at the top end of the rev band. Oh well, another time.
Was good craic and some really top motors on show. Car of the day was a Camero, putting out something like 420bhp...
Edit: finally got round to uploading my video to YouTube of my Milltek. Have to say, after a week of bedding in, there is a really nice note of it now ...
Ha ha, thanks. Passion and obsession keeps it that way . Actually, clayed the car a couple of weeks ago because paint work felt really rough. Came up a treat.
Cheers buddy. Love the way my car is looking at moment. Just gathering money for brakes. With regards to the Forge kit, no, it won't fit mk4 ... It is purely for 1.4tsi. Would be surprised though, if their wasn't a kit of some description for mk4. I dont know anything about mk4, so sorry I can't be of further help.
Yeah money is always the situation shame money trees don't exist! No problem buddy Yours is one of my favourite Ibiza's I've ever seen. How much was it to have the engine cover dipped if you don't mind me asking, Look forward too seeing further progress!
Thanks. Engine cover was £100 to get dipped. Am sure there places where you could get it done cheaper ... Ask Nutkin on the forum about it, he knows more about the 'dipping' process
If only money grew on trees ... Think a lambo would sitting in my drive lol
That's not too bad then mate, I can't find anyone in my area who does it found one company but they haven't got back to me and this was near a month a go I contacted them. I've been thinking about getting the whiteline ARB, is yours rear or front?

Its rear ARB, can't seem to locate anyone doing front. Think the rear ARB will be more effective in the immediate term. But would like to get front brace at some stage.
